My past work experience has shaped me into an experienced instructional designer with skills in online training and instructional manuals. The key to being successful is interacting with subject-matter experts & developers to understand end-user needs.  It’s also very important to interact with end users to see it from their perspective.

Not only can I help you create your training documents, but also create the process around the application. My background in marketing lets me create training courses that are both attractive and user-friendly.

Past instructional design accomplishments include:

  • As a part of the implementation team at Sig Sauer for new installation of Oracle I offered support through testing, validation of data, process development, and gap analysis between current processes and Oracle’s capabilities.
  • Based on test scripts provided by Oracle, I developed and designed online training videos, utilizing Adobe Captivate, including detailed training manuals using Microsoft Word, Publisher, and other software that were relevant for the employees.
  • As a consultant with Kaba, I designed and developed e-Learning training courses for Kaba University by reviewing material for reference and modification.  Using Adobe Captivate I created animated audio visual training and learning material for global clients of Kaba University.
  • While at ITT I worked with key subject matter experts (SMEs), creating animated e-Learning solutions for varied internal global clients using Adobe Captivate. These internal clients included the Talent Development Team, Corporate Compliance team, and Finance.
